The cost of a website varies depending on the customer and their needs. However, the our website packages fall into the following ranges:

• The Essential Package: $2500 - $4000
• The All Rounder Package: $4000 - $8000
• The Next Level package: $8000+

We accept e-transfer, as well as credit cards via Stripe. Our payment structure is 50% deposit upfront and 50% payment upon website completion. For larger projects, we require a 30% deposit and 70% upon completion.

The timeline for a website depends on the website complexity. However, here are some general guidelines:

• The Essential Package: 1-2 weeks
• The All Rounder Package: 6-8 weeks
• The Next Level Package: 8+ weeks (depends on integrations)

Our process consists of four steps:

1. Discovery Call: We'll chat for 30 minutes to learn about your business and see if we're a good fit
2. Proposal: A draft proposal for your project will be created, with sample mockups and a contract.
3. Mockups: Once the contract is signed, full mockups will be created, with up to two rounds of revisions
4. Build: After the mockups are finalized you'll hand over any files we need and we'll take care of it all from there!

Yes, we give you full control of your website if you use WordPress or a similar CMS. We'll guide you through the process of updating the commonly edited parts of your website. If there are larger updates that are needed, please let us know and we can do that for you.

Yes, we use the most up-to-date SEO practices to ensure that your website gets the traffic it deserves.

We've got you covered. We have a 30 day bug policy after completion. Any bugs within this time-frame will be fixed by us. We also offer website maintenance plans after the 30 day period.
